Social Learning
Social Learning Theory, theorized by Albert Bandura, posits that people learn from one another, via observation, imitation, and modeling. The theory has often been called a bridge between behaviorist and cognitive learning theories because it encompasses attention, memory, and motivation.(David, 2019).

The Educator’s ability to utilize and embrace technology for learning personally and professionally is vital. As the Educator integrates technology into their professional development through social media platforms, personal learning networks, learning that is obtained, will in turn become an integral part of the classroom curricula.
